Bhang is a mixture made from the buds and leaves of the Cannabis sativa plant. Bhang goli is a popular bhang drink made from freshly ground bhang leaves.
To make bhang goli, you can:
Process the dried leaves into a coarse powder.
- Put the powder, water, milk, sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, green cardamom pods, black peppercorns, ginger, and oil in a pan and let it boil.
- Reduce the flame and let it boil for around 15 minutes.
- Let it cool and strain the mixture in a jar and tighten the lid.
The effects of bhang can take anywhere between 30 to 90 minutes to show. THC's effects peak after 2-3 hours of ingestion and they last for about 4 to 12 hours.
